Mercer County Court Docket is a private reference resource. Questions about an official case, docket entry, record request, payment route, or court setting belong with the court or clerk that holds the record.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This private reference resource cannot retrieve a docket, move a court date, seal a case, issue a certified copy, accept a payment, or give legal advice. Those requests must go to the responsible court or clerk.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the Mercer County Circuit Clerk for the official local court-file route. Missouri Case.net is the statewide public case-information system, but the clerk remains the custodian for court documents, certified copies, older records, and confirmation that a setting has changed.

  • Public case information: begin with Missouri Case.net using a name, case number, filing date, or scheduled-hearing route.
  • A court date or reset: review the newest case entry and contact the Circuit Clerk to confirm a setting that matters.
  • Certified court records: ask the Circuit Clerk for the precise judgment, order, docket sheet, or other document needed.
  • Older or nonlinked material: provide the case number, date range, and requested document to the Circuit Clerk and ask about the available format.
  • Traffic matter: use the notice and Case.net, then ask whether the case is in a circuit, municipal, or Fine Collection Center route.
